How can you make a person who has left you need you back? Well it's all about what they expect to happen after a break up. You don't give them what they expect to happen and then you watch their doubt grow.

First let me mention that this isn't for everyone. Around 50% of my coaching program don't want to do it, while the other 50% have no problem with it. I'll leave it up to you to decide if this is right for you. I'm just putting this out there to give you another option when you are trying to get your ex back.

OK, lets go through the basics. When a person is imagining leaving someone they also imagine what they expect to happen. They expect the person they are leaving to beg and plead to stay with them, they also expect the other person to be depressed and sad about the break up, while they are happy and free to explore life and improve.

So what happens when a persons expectations aren't met? Maybe you have had experience with this in other areas of your life? Lets say you had an exam coming up, you have an idea about yourself that you are really smart. You study and prepare and do the exam. You expect to get a great mark. However, when you check your results you fail. Now since your expectations haven't been met, you start to wonder, to doubt if you are in fact, smart at all?

This is exactly what you will do to make your ex regret the breakup. As I mentioned already, they expect you to behave in a certain way, it WILL be difficult to do, but you need to react in a different way. A way that a person who thinks that this break up is the best thing that ever happened to them would act. You would behave free at last.

A note on this however, don't rub it in your ex's face. Don't say things like "Thank GOD we broke up, now I can finally be happy". This will just make them angry. Just show them how happy you are by the way you act and carry yourself. Its not easy and will take some work, but you will get there. Just practice a bit first.

If it still doesn't make sense to you, then keep thinking about times when your expectations were not met. You will get the idea at some stage.

I know some of you will not agree with this sort of method, and that's OK. You don't NEED to do it. This is just for other people who are comfortable with it. Nothing more, nothing less. There are so many other ways to make your ex want you badly again, but that's, again, for another time.
