Here I am going to give you a simple forex trading system (no charge) it's Free and yet it will beat the majority probably 95% or more you see sold and the reason it wins is enclosed in this article...

First let's make a point and it's very important before we go and look at the trading system so here it is:

Simple Systems are best

Sometimes as a trader it makes me laugh some of the copy that goes with other forex trading systems or robots, the advertising copy on one I read, made the point the system had been devised by a mathematician!

That's supposed to impress me? What's mathematics got to do with forex trading?

Not a lot. There is a view that to make a trading system work it has to be complex.

Well, once I made a mistake of buying a trading system from an ex NASA engineer - clever system but my equity got wiped.

No you don't have to be clever or devise complicated equations, you need a simple system because forex markets move to the odds NOT mathematical equations.

If something doesn't move scientifically, mathematical knowledge won't help you.

Look at all the forex robots for sale - do any of them come with complex clever equations - yes. But all they do is simulate backwards (you never get a real track record just a paper simulation) and bend they rules to fit the data segment.

Of course you never get 2 pieces of data replicate themselves exactly and in real time trading the system gets spanked.

Look at any of the sold robots and there made by mathematicians, bankers, nerds etc and yet most have never been traded!

Check the track record it's always "in hindsight" Well, lets see if I had tomorrow's data today, how,much money would I make? Loads but there just equations on paper, back tested - well to me that sounds like equity wipe out time. Now:

Here it is no complicated maths but test this system and it works will continue to work and some of the worlds top traders use it here it is - just one rule and you don't even need a computer to calculate it:

Buy a 4 week market high and sell a 4 week market low and maintain a position in market using Stop and Reverse (SAR)

Nice and simple!

Does it work? Try it and you will find it does - it's based simply on the fact that currency markets trend and the big trends start from breakouts.

Sure it doesn't look fancy, or have a complex mathematical equations behind it - it doesn't need to.

A forex trading system is not judged on how clever the programming is - just the end result and that means money in the bank and this one puts it in year after year.

It's called the 4 Week Rule and was devised by trading legend Richard Donchian back in the seventies, to trade commodities but works a treat on currencies.

Does it have a downside?

As with all trading systems it's not perfect, it does well when markets trend but can incur drawdown in sideways conditions and here you need to add a filter:

Exit on a 1 or 2 week low or high and go flat and then wait for the next 4 week trigger.

Not Fancy or Clever But it puts Dollars in the Bank
