Some people take their home on rent because they find it affordable and particularly those who do not have sufficient money to purchase their personal home or their dream house. And also Tenants pay their personal funds to fix the things in the property and they put so many restrictions on them and it's so frustrating for them to survive for everyday issues. These challenges are universal; all these things are faced in all the countries.
