UK Capital Investments Group - UKCIG discusses that now a days number people rent their home for varied reasons. Some people take their home on rent because they find it affordable and particularly those who do not have sufficient money to purchase their personal home or their dream house. And some people find the convenience to live-in a rented home because they want to avoid headaches that come with the ownership of house such as dealing with the maintenance and all.
People living in homes, apartments or in units, they all give it on rent. The reason may be that they are retirees, or they are downsizes or they are those who want to move from a bigger property to a small residence.
But it is not that easy for being a tenant in somebody else house. There are number of challenges which a person has to face for being a tenant. A recent survey was done in which it was found that 60 percent of people are as on date frustrated of being a renter at somebody house. As they can't make any changes at the place which they are occupying, like they can't even put Nails on wall for hanging something or even they can't add a phone line wire. Around 40 percent of people are just frustrated with the issues like their Landlords do not respond t their issues which they face.

If we talk about the terms & conditions of landlords or the managers, they are also not flexible at all. They do not give any flexibility in the lease agreement or contract. And also Tenants pay their personal funds to fix the things in the property and they put so many restrictions on them and it's so frustrating for them to survive for everyday issues. These challenges are universal; all these things are faced in all the countries.

All these problems are like challenges for people who want to take property on rent. Many people prefer to rent the property in the inner city suburbs because for them being close to CBD Central Business District has many advantages, like public transportation and many other important facilities.
