- 1). Measure and cut out a 20-inch-by-20-inch cardboard platform. Place the platform on a flat work surface.
- 2). Measure and cut out a 6-inch-by-6-inch cardboard square to act as the ring. Cut a 1/2-inch slice into each corner of the square at a 45-degree angle. Fold each side downward to create an elevated stage -- with four 1/2-inch-high sides. Glue each side together with permanent epoxy. Glue the stage to the center of the platform.
- 3). Place one drop of permanent epoxy at each stage corner. Stick one toothpick upright through the glue to act as corner end-posts to the ring. Glue two pieces of 6-inch string between the bottom right and bottom left corner toothpicks. One string should position directly (parallel) above the other with 1/4-inch space in between. Repeat this with the remaining strings around the rest of the stage.
- 4). Cut out two 20-by-24-inch raised seating pieces. Position one piece so one of the 20-inch ends is facing you. Fold the bottom edge 1/2 inch under the body of the piece. Fold the bottom edge 1/2 inch over the body of the piece. Continue this process six more times. The bends represent raised stadium seating. You now have 14 inches of flat cardboard remaining on the same piece. Fold the long flat edge down 7 inches at a 90-degree angle. The shape of the seating is now complete.
- 5). Position the 20-inch flat edge of the 7-inch portion flush against the left side of the platform. Glue the bottom edge of the 7-inch portion and the bottom edge of the front step to the platform. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the second 20-by-24-inch piece.
- 6). Combine the water and flour into a pot to make a papier-mache mix. Boil the mix for three minutes. Allow it to cool for five minutes and then pour it into a large bowl.
- 7). Submerge one of the newspaper strips into the mix. Press the strip onto the body of the stadium. Bend and mold the strip to whatever portion of the stadium -- floor, ring, raised seating -- on which you are concentrating. Continue until the entire stadium is covered in newspaper papier-mache. Repeat this with white paper towel strips. Allow four hours for the stadium to dry.
- 8). Coat the stadium in different shades of acrylic paint. Paint an overhead view of ringside seating -- on the remaining flat portions of the platform -- if you wish. Allow two hours for the stadium to dry.
- 9). Overlap one long end of a Popsicle stick 1/2 inch over another. Glue the sticks together. Repeat this with the six remaining sticks until you have four long Popsicle stick rods.

Position one end of each rod, on the platform, at each respective corner of the ring. Angle the rods inward so they all touch together above the ring at center. Glue the rods into this position. The rods act as the base for a WWE canopy. - 11
Cut out four 4-inch-by-6-inch paper triangles. Paint the "WWE" logo onto each triangle. Glue each triangle between each of the four rods to finish the canopy.
