- 1). Using a lens screwdriver, carefully remove the small screw on the side of the eyeglass frame between the lens and the arm. The frame around the lens will pop loose.
- 2). Remove the old lens. Place the new lens into the frame and carefully screw the frame back into place until the lens is held securely.
- 3). Repeat the steps for the other lens.
- 1). Place the front of the eyeglasses and lenses under the tap and run warm water over them. Continue running the water for two minutes, increasing the temperature until the plastic becomes flexible, but not so warm that it burns your hands.
- 2). Place your thumb against the front, outside part of the lens and press it until the lens pops out. Do the same for the other side.
- 3). Place the new lens into the frame before the frame has a chance to cool down. Once the plastic cools, it will shrink back to it's normal size and lose its flexibility. Carefully and slowly push the lens into the frame from the inside, pushing out until it snaps into place. Do the same for the other lens.
