You desperately want your ex to call you, but how can you actually make that happen without sounding pathetic, desperate or forlorn? Are there ways to achieve this goal and still come out on top? The answer is yes and I'm here to show you how.
To be quite frank you need a strategy.
Without a definite plan of action you could land up causing more damage to an already fragile situation.
Therefore, I highly suggest that you implement this technique with a definite plan.
Before I tell you what works lets take a closer look at what doesn't work.
These can put you in a terrible position.
The Plead -" Mark, please call me, this is the fourth time that I've called and I NEED to talk to you" OR the emergency approach "Sharon, this is an emergency, please call me ASAP" Can you objectively see what is problematic about these tactics? So let's leave that behind and move on to what does work.
The mind is a very powerful entity and two of its greatest powers are curiosity and self interest.
Now, when you combine the two,you have landed on the secret that will work nearly every time to get your ex to answer your text or phone message etc.
How do we put these two ingredients together in order to get the winning recipe? In a friendly tone say "Hi Matt, its Kate.
I just wanted to say that I really appreciate what you did for me.
Call me as I'd like to thank you personally.
" Now you have definitely peeked his curiosity and self interest.
It's short and to the point.
Matt wants to know what he did to make you so grateful.
He feels good about himself even though he isn't sure what he did.
He is extremely curious, and as they say "curiosity killed the cat!" Positivity is a good thing.
Matt has a smile on his face and will more than likely pick up the phone.
Now before you call and put this all into action you need to have thought up the scenario.
What did Matt do that made you so appreciative? It can be anything small, however is does need to be plausible.
What you need to bare in mind is the actions you take before, during and after you get them to call you back is certainly more important than getting them to return your call.
Understand?
