Muscle Building Workouts - How the Waterbury 10 10 Transformation Works to Add Muscle Fast

If you aren't satisfied with the speed at which your current muscle building workouts add muscle to your body then let me tell you about my experience with the Waterbury 10 10 Transformation.
Chad Waterbury has become the most exceptional strength and fitness coach with his ability to create programs that give real and very visible results quickly.
His methods are so successful that he was brought on by Rickson Gracie Jiu Jitsui to be their strength and conditioning coach.
That is a competitive bunch of guys that can't afford to waste time training with mediocre results.
I've put several of Chad's programs to the test and the 10-10 was something that included his HFT or High Frequency Training protocols.
This is where you work a muscle 5 times per week for rapid muscle growth.
This isn't overtraining because he designs the workouts to stimulate the muscles and central nervous system differently in each workout making it possible to train each muscle so many times per week.
There are two HFT phases during the 10/10 that last for 17 days with the final 4 days being needed for rest prior to starting the next conditioning phase.
During this time the body really catches up and recovers from the muscle building workouts adding mass during this 4 day rest period.
Not only is this the most effective training style I have ever used to gain muscle but it is probably one of the most inexpensive programs on the market at only $24.

I laugh when guys talk about how that is a lot for a workout program because they are probably wasting more than that on 1 bottle of the latest "muscle building supplement" like nitrix oxide or some other useless pump product.
Gaining muscle so fast that you can visibly see it in the mirror is worth a lot of money so people that aren't willing to invest a small amount of cash for a proven workout should just keep skimming the internet for another freebie workout that they can use by trial and error.
So much time is wasted doing useless programs which is why I put them to the test myself and write about them after so that others have a point of reference.
Chad Waterbury is going to be around for awhile with his innovative programs and I plan on trying them all because they work better than anything I've ever tried.
