The Best Fitness and Weight Loss Advice You May Ever Need

Staying Fit And Losing Weight Made Simple And Easy.
It seems every year we make New Year's Resolutions, and by February 1, they're long forgotten.
So what is the best fitness advice I've ever personally received and consistently use.
It's so simple and uncomplicated you might not take it seriously, but it works for me.
Here it is.
Think In Terms Of "Just A Little Less" When Eating, And "Just A Little More" When Exercising.
Let me explain.
First, I'm at a comfortable optimum weight so I don't diet.
I don't strive to stay on a set diet.
However...
I try to eat healthy and eat "just a little less" when facing food or drink.
For example, when sitting down to a meal I always leave a little food on my plate.
It might just be a bite or two, but I always leave "just a little" on my plate.
When drinking anything with calories, I leave just a little.
I never drink that last little bit.
When enjoying a chocolate bar I never finish it completely...
always leave a bite.
When having a dessert, I always leave "just a little.
" When drinking a soft drink I always leave "just a little.
" Now This Technique Might Seem Simplistic, But It Works.
You can save hundreds of calories a day just by cutting your food intake by "just a little.
" Using this technique doesn't require you to starve yourself or eat foods you don't like.
Just cut back "just a little" when eating.
Now When Exercising Apply The Opposite Principle - "Just A Little More.
" When I do any kind of exercise I always do "just a little more.
" If I'm jogging, I'll jog "just a little further" than I did yesterday.
If doing situps, I'll do "just a few more situps" than I did yesterday.
If kayaking I'll go "just a little further" down the river than I did last time.
If doing bicep curls with weights I'll do "just a couple more" than last time.
Simple.
Effective.
It Works.
And yes, you do eventually reach a point where you face a physical limit on exercise, but I keep trying to do a little more.
I'll say to myself, "Come on Mike, just two more situps.
" "Come on Mike just 20 yards further on this run.
" Eat just a little less.
Exercise just a little more.
You'll amaze yourself at the results.
