A Rare Cause of a Leg Ulcer in a Patient With Diabetes

Abstract and Introduction

Introduction

Ulcers in patients with diabetes are common, affecting around 15% of patients at some stage of their disease. The vast majority of ulcers in diabetes are neuropathic-ischaemic in aetiology. It is, however, important not to miss the rarer causes.
