Potential readers will always see this first; if you have a title that grabs their attention by the collar and yanks it close, you've gotten a pageview.
It's helpful for SEO if your article also includes your keywords, but it's not an absolute requirement.

Keep it short.
Reading online is difficult and readers only tolerate so much.
