The author observed in many cultures that women are exploited in such a way reduces their humanity and valuation. The emphasis in arts and entertainment through media  advertisement on body and parts as face, red-green lips, multicolor  hair, eyesbrows, dress weight and teeth, needs a revolution to help women out of this degradation. 

Economy everywhere on this earth depends on women's shopping. Shopping includes products for face, lips, teeth, eyebrows, skin, and hair.  Girls over 13 years old up to 60 plus, get into the psychological war zone to beatify themselves and spent a great deal of money and efforts on these products. While these products do not give women the strength to decide on their own. Instead, it contributes in slaving and exploiting women.

Women are not slaves forced  to look beautiful. They have  not to look dummy poppies to make males amused. There is something more important for women to care about, which is their personalities, their minds and their mental skills and abilities to be strong enough to face men rather than their look. I observed dehumanization of women by several media means, therefore, I reject that picture for women.

Several recommendations for women in general and Arab women in particular to have power over stereotypical traditional rules , mores, and habits to put them in a serious position against their well.

In order to free women from stereotyping, the first recommendation is to get rid of their hair, in other words, to cut their hair as they wish. The second recommendation to quit bra wearing, Like many women in the west. The third recommendation is to get rid of their hand bags, because it shows their weakness and dependence.  The forth recommendation is to think reasonably that exploitation of men for women have to stop and have to stand on new phase of thinking that women are not only for fun, or as baby stores for 9 months. They are humans with hearts, and feelings,  and most importantly, decision-makers in the matters belong to them such as love, marriage, number of kids,  and education. The final recommendation for women is to give the true answer when she's asked. Many rape crimes in fact are a misunderstanding of the meaning of "No" when it comes to intercourse, but understood by men as "Yes".
