- 1). Visit the Ventones website.
- 2). Register for an account. Create a user name and password. You should also provide your cell phone number and BlackBerry model.
- 3). Click "Create Free Ringtones," then click "Choose File" to select a MP3 or WAV file to convert to a ringtone for your BlackBerry. Click "Upload Song."
- 4). Enter an artist name and song title for your ringtone, then drag the white box to select the portion of the song you want to use for your ringtone. Click "Create Tone."
- 5). Click "Send to Phone" to send the ringtone to your BlackBerry.
- 1). Visit the Make Own Ringtone website.
- 2). Click "Upload" and select an MP3 file to convert to a ringtone.
- 3). Select the portion of the song you want to use for your ringtone by holding your mouse over the starting part and dragging it to the end of the ringtone.
- 4). Select the option to download the ringtone to your cellphone from the drop-down menu on the right and then click "Make a Ringtone."
- 5). Click the "Browser" icon on your BlackBerry and enter the web address assigned to your ringtone in the phone's address bar. Click "Download" to save the ringtone to your phone.
- 1). Access the LilTone website.
- 2). Register for an account by entering your phone number, mobile carrier and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Create a password for your account.
- 3). Log in to your account using the password you created and your cell phone number.
- 4). Click "Create," then "Upload" to select an MP3 file to use for a ringtone and click "Next."
- 5). Enter artist and song information for the ringtone, then click "Next." Set a starting point for your ringtone, then click "Next" and "Download." Click the link in the text message that is sent to your phone.
