Unlocking the Samsung C417 Keypad

• 1). Touch the "Menu" option from the main screen.
  
  
• 2). Find and select the "Settings" menu.
  
  
• 3). Scroll down the Settings menu to "Security" option and select it.
  
  
• 4). Scroll down the Security menu to the "Phone Lock" option and select it.
  
  
• 5). Scroll down the Phone Lock menu and choose "Disable."
  
  
• 6). Enter your password, touch "OK." The phone default password is 0000000 (eight zeros). This can be used if the password for a phone is unknown.

• 1). Press the "Menu" option from the main screen.
  
  
• 2). Scroll down to the "Settings" menu and select it.
  
  
• 3). Scroll down the Settings menu to "Security" option and select it.
  
  
• 4). Scroll down the Security menu to the "SIM Lock" option and select it.
  
  
• 5). Scroll down the SIM Lock menu and choose "Disable."
  
  
• 6). Enter PIN code and touch "OK." The SIM PIN code default is 1111. This can be used if user PIN code is unknown.
