But the GOOD news is, it DOES work for most.
While there are some men who seem a bit "resistant" to exercise, the simple truth is that for most of us, we WILL see some size improvements for sure - and those that keep UP with the exercise, often will get great gains that would be impossible otherwise.
The most FREQUENT reason why men FAIL to get bigger from the jelq? Very simple.
They don't do it right.
Jelqing is actually one of the very few exercises where form IS super important...
and technique DOES count for a lot.
If you fail to follow through properly, and don't learn the very specific grips, holds and motions, you WON'T get the results you hope for...
and for some reading this...
you wont' get ANY gains to speak of at all.
So learn the RIGHT techniques.
And be willing to invest at least 7 or 10 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week.
