Ingredients
- 2 oz dried sardines
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
Preparation
Put dried sardines in a skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes on medium heat. Set aside. Put sugar, soy sauce, and mirin in a skillet and bring to a boil on medium heat. When it's thickened, add dried sardines. Stop the heat and stir well. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Spread it on a tray to cool.Makes 4 servings
