Clear the head, stop think so much on how much you want your ex back.
De-stress your self you will have a lot going on in your head, worrying about the future of your relationship.
If your head is not FRIED this will allow you to communicate better with your ex.

Do not sell your self to short, don't make a fool out of your self.
Begging, groveling, apologizing all the time, will only make you feel worthless, this tactics will not work, I know you want your ex back so badly it hurts.
But losing your dignity will not do any good for any one.
This is difficult to do but please focus on YOU, be strong, calm down, show your ex that you can live perfectly well with out him/her, this will gain their attention quicker.

Yes you do have the X FACTOR, Stay proud to be a strong single, exciting enthusiastic person, full of life, a joy to be around.
You might have to change a little bit.
The old you had a part in why the relation ship ended, so get rid of the old and in with the new.
If you portray a better self image, and you will feel better.
Your ex will notice the positive changes and they will respond well to the fitter, newer, happier you.

Get rid of the Cob WEBS, do not keep living in the past.
Don't forget things that happened as the indeed contributed to this break up.
Learn from the past mistakes.
This is a great way of not repeating the same mistakes when you do get back with your ex in the future.
