"Eat well and live well" is more than a quotation as it touches one's life by discussing two very important phases. One of them is eating well and other is living well. Surely no one can live without eating but when there comes the situation of happy living, one should be having well eating standard. History tells us that Caesar salad was first prepared by an Italian cook and restaurateur "Caesar Cardini" who was settled in Mexico. Many people claimed that he was the very first chef who introduced Caesar salad in his restaurant for the first time in the history.
But aside of who made it first is not the issue. We have now one of the best fresh vegetable food items in our daily menu which not only provide us a combination with our main meal but also keep us healthier which is one of the main aspects of one's life.
