In most versions of Microsoft Office, you can take advantage of Design Themes to customize visual elements such as backgrounds, layout, color schemes, and more. These are similar to templates, but slightly different.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: Less than 5 Minutes
Here's How:
- Depending on the program, select Design or Page Layout - Design Themes - Select a theme.

Tips:
- If you didn't see a theme you liked, remember you can also select Design or Page Layout - Design Themes - Browse for Themes
