- 1). Click the "Start" symbol and type "cmd" in the search field.
- 2). Hold "CTRL+SHIFT" and press "ENTER."
- 3). Type "net user administrator /active:yes" without the quotes in the command line and press "ENTER."
- 4). Restart the computer.
- 5). Click the "Administrator" profile on the log in screen to run Windows as an administrator.
