How to Uninstall a Vista OS X Theme

    • 1). Right-click your computer's desktop and click "Personalization" from the pop-up menu.

    • 2). Select "Theme" on the Personalization Control Panel window. This will launch a dialog box where you can change the settings of the theme. You will see a drop-down menu that will contain a list of themes on your computer, including the OS X theme that you want to uninstall.

    • 3). Click the drop-down menu and select the OS X theme. Click "Delete." Windows will uninstall the OS X theme, including media content such as cursors and sounds that come with the theme.
