The Bottom Line
These really are great cleansing cloths if you're looking for a natural, earth-friendly cleansing product, but they are thin, small and you might need more than one per cleansing.

Guide Review - Kaia: Bamboo Facial Cleansing Cloths
Kaia: Bamboo Facial Cleansing Cloths are really geared towards those who are looking for a more natural, earth-friendly facial cleaning product. When people who search for these products find something that fits their requirements, they happily spend more money than they would on another product. And while I'm all for finding a "green" product that works, I know that if you're looking for a nice, thick cleansing cloth, this isn't the cloth for you.
That said, what I absolutely love about Kaia's Bamboo Cleansing Cloths is that they come in a snap-shut container that can easily be reused in your bathroom, or around your house if you're creative. Plus, the snap-shut ensures that the cloths won't dry out, as many cleansing cloths with sticky enclosures do.
The cloths are amazingly soft, and really do feeling good on your skin when you use them. Unlike some cleansing cloths that leave your skin feeling sticky after using, your skin actually feels clean after you clean. You definitely don't feel as if you should rewash, and that's what all cleansing cloths should give you. They really are convenient and perfect for traveling or bringing to the gym.
The size and thickness of these cloths are what I have a problem with. While they did very effectively remove my makeup, I felt like I should be using one cloth for my face and another for my eyes, especially after I saw how dirty the cloth was before I even touched my eye makeup. If you wear a lot of makeup, you'll definitely need two cloths.
Besides the size and thickness issues, these are definite earth-friendly winners. They are made from 100% sustainable bamboo, natural, non-harmful, unbleached, biodegradable and recyclable.
If it was possible for these cloths to be double the size and thickness, I would love them. (But, then again, that might not be as "green", would it?)
