- 1). Connect your iPod Touch to your computer.
- 2). Open iTunes. iTunes will open automatically when your device is connected.
- 3). In iTunes, under "Devices," select the icon for your iPod Touch.
- 4). Click the "Info" tab. Under "Calendars," select "Sync Calendars from." Click "Outlook."
- 5). Click "All Calendars" to synchronize all your Outlook Calendars. To synchronize specific calendars, choose "Select Calendars." Click the calendars you want to synchronize. Click "Apply."
- 6). Wait for the synchronization to complete. Disconnect your iPhone Touch.
