- 1). Tap the "Settings" icon on the iPod touch home screen.
- 2). Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars," then tap "Add Account."
- 3). Select the button marked MobileMe, Microsoft Exchange, Google, Yahoo! or AOL. If your email is none of those, select "Other," then "Mail."
- 4). Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields. MobileMe and Microsoft Exchange require your account username. You can also add a description for the account.
- 5). Add your incoming and outgoing mail server if you selected "Other."
- 6). Tap "Save" and begin the process again to add additional email accounts. Continue until you've added all of your accounts.
- 7). Click the Home button to return to your home screen. Tap "Mail" to check your email accounts. The "Mailboxes" screen opens by default.
- 8). Open "All Inboxes" to see your incoming messages across all accounts, or select an individual inbox or account. All of your inboxes and accounts are listed in the Mailboxes screen.
