- 1). Click the Windows Start button which is located in the lower left corner of your screen.
- 2). Click on All Programs. You will see a list of all the programs installed on your computer.
- 3). Select Accessories from the list of available Programs. It is usually in the upper left on the list of available programs as the list is alphabetized.
- 4). Select Accessibility, which is a sub-program of Accessories.
- 5). Select the On-Screen Keyboard.
- 6). Select the Scroll-Lock by clicking on the on-screen 'key' labelled 'slk' located upper right on the on-screen keyboard between the 'psc' and the 'brk' keys.
