Check your logo for high resolution on your PC. Go to the folder where your logo is saved on your computer. Find the file and use your right mouse button to "right-click" on the logo file. Scroll down and click on "Properties." Click on the "Details" tab at the top. Check the Image's "Horizontal Resolution" and "Vertical Resolution" are at least 300 dpi, or dots per inch. - 2). Open your document to be printed. Click in the location that you want to add your company logo.
- 3). Click "Insert" from the menu bar. Choose "Picture," then "From File." Go to the folder where your high resolution logo is saved and click on the file.
- 4). Scale down images that are too large by right clicking on the image and choosing "Format Object." Click the "Size" tab. Change the "Width" and "Height" to a smaller size keeping the proportions equally changed. Do not resize the width down by 50 percent and then resize the height by 25 percent or the image will be distorted.
- 5). Click "File" and then "Print Preview" to check the overall look of the document with your logo. Click "Print" to do a test print and check for quality and layout quality.

Click "File" and then "Print." Choose "Properties" and change the "Print Quality" to "High." Click "OK" to change the print properties and then click "OK" to print the document.
