How to Find an Additional License Pack on My XP Purchase

    • 1). Contact Microsoft Customer Support services by telephone at 1-800-MICROSOFT. Hours of operation are 5 a.m.-9 p.m. Pacific Time on weekdays and 6 a.m.-3 p.m. Pacific Time on weekends.

    • 2). Tell the customer support representative that you'd like to purchase additional licenses for your copy of Windows XP. They will ask for your product ID number that came on a slip of paper in the same package as the disc. Give this number to the representative.

    • 3). Tell the representative how many additional licenses you'd like to purchase. She will add up your total and give you a price. Give her your credit or debit card information so you can be charged for the purchase. You will then be mailed your licenses in 3-5 business days.
