How to Move the Windows Vista Address Bar

    • 1). Right-click on your taskbar. If the "Lock the Taskbar" option is checked, click it one time to uncheck it. This will enable you to move around options on your taskbar.

    • 2). Click on the two rows of six dots to the left of the word "Address Bar" on your Windows Vista address bar. Hold your left mouse button down over the top of these dots.

    • 3). Drag the Windows Vista address bar to the desired new location. Release the two rows of six dots. You have just moved your Windows Vista address bar.
